Hi this is Paul and Stephen Here ! well lets start with where we came from originally....London England ! Stephen and I are Brothers.. Anyway we came to California in 1977 with our Family. We both have had musical interests...Stephen was more the Vision...I Paul, the music. Together we had many Projects. Blue Moon was our 1st and it lasted as a band for about two years...then Reforming into a band ...3 piece "The Shots ". This band did not last for long although it had great potential. sad!...anyway after that Stephen Started working in a Record store, Me in The Studio playing and renting out space to up and coming Bands. One band that started playing and rehearsing there was a Band called the Apples. A name not known to very many in the Rock and Roll pantheon of notable bands. However one of the Main songwriters was a Boy, now a Man ...Thomas Newman, cousin to Randy Newman, and Lorriane Newman (of Saturday night live fame). Tommy was a Nice and talented guy, but came from his bedroom to the studio and then spent about 2 yrs Honing his talents as a performer. They put out a self titled album "The Apples." ( It was one of the first fully 'digitally recorded' albums.) Dick Clark also did a TV documentary about the creation of this band. Monkees?? If you Check you will see he is Now an Academy Award Winner/Nominee for Numerous Movies..."Green mile"..Road to Perdition...etc.

Eddie Money Band also frequented the studio...with my bass player friend "Ralph Carter"..who aslo later on Played with yours truly in the"Sandy West Band". Sandy, (for all that do not Know the name) is the drummer from that famous seminal 'all Girl' rock Group "The Runaways" She and I did many years of Playing together, and put out a single in 1984. It had 3 songs on it, the main one being the famous Troggs song, Wild thing. Basically 'Wild Thing' was Sandys trade mark/signature song, yso that is why we did a New version of it. Unfortunately it was over shadowed By the Band 'X' releasing a version at about the same time. (Hmmm! Coincidence?? I think not!) X's version was recorded not to far away from the studio where we Recorded our Version..! (Attention grassy/knoll second gunman theorists! LOL!) Strange stuff! Oh well! As they say.... "C'est l' Vie!" Anyway, I also worked with famous producer John Alcock of Thin lizzy , John Entwhistle, Runaways, etc. John... "Where the heck are you??" I would like you to produce our album.
